Looks like the carpenter/painter had to shit at a house he was remodeling and there was no toilet installed yet. The home owner knew you and your co-workers must be shitting somewhere on the home premises, and decided he needed to investigate and take surveillance. He hears grunting coming from a room inside the house, and peers his head into the window just as he hears that turd thud resonate the floor, and see's you shitting the final turd nugget next to the huge log he just heard echo out the window.
