Yes, some of the JA girls take imodium plus fibre. Kim Koetbullar is interesting; she has an iron deficiency and takes supplements which produce her black slimy poops.

Yeah well slimy is definitely not nice in my books. If I can do big and firm poops without supplements, then no need to risk it.

Wow, how long do you hold on for? The big-turd girls I knew could hold from three days to two weeks, that was how often they got the urge to go. The JA diet is basically psyllium powder, lots of it but I reckon the rubbery ones like Shellyna/Nathalie were the result of taking a slimming aid called Alli, a fat-binding agent. Huge jelly-like stools are a known side effect.

It can be between a day or 2 days that I usually hold. I manage this without supplements... although maybe I should try immodium for extra firmness...

Hey man thanks for your reply. I enjoy some of the female videos you post. I always envied their shitting and never imagine I could do anything like it.

I try my best to eat big, eat right, and hold on, so that I can make the thickest, firmest, longest turds possible. A lot comes down to luck and persistence. I do not know what the JA diet is, except for one I heard where you get extra fiber to make them huge... But in those videos the poop looked rubbery and unnatural.

I also try and work the camera angles right so my logs might not be as big as other guys out there. In any case I love the compliment as I really admire fat female turds.
