der adrenalspiegel läßt keine schmerzen zu. der sack ist zwar jetzt nach 4 tagen noch etwas empfindlich und an jedem loch ist ne kleine kruste, doch das stört mich nicht. das einzige das schmerzte und zwar 3 tage lang war dass ich 2 dicke Nägel durch das Linke Ei schlug. aber es war gut auszuhalten. irgendwann schaffe ich auch noch die 200
