Just seen that if you let it 'play' for (at least) 3 minutes 45 seconds it does start to play. I started it on pause so it could load for a while (grey bar goes across a bit) then clicked a fraction along - if it has not been clicked far enough (under 3m45s) it jumps backs to the beginning. Still no idea what those first few minutes looked like, but there's 22 minutes left to admire!
Two months later - nobody fixed it yet. I get sound but not playing picture; just still image. Must have been playing at one time to get 28 Favourites.
How come it isn't playing?
