Surtout pour un vin blanc qui peut être bu à température de cave, 12°....

On aime les boissons "chambrées" ...le look ,c'est important...

C'est plus chambré! c'est chatté là ! Sauf à y mettre du Saké "hitohada", la température de 37,5 est trop importante pour le vin.
Chambrer, si j'en crois mes lectures, serait à porter la température du vin autour de 17°...
